• Please contact us to arrange for any returns
• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• There is a mandatory 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
• Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
• Vehicle accessories are not returnable unless determined to be defective.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• ECM's are not returnable
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• The manufacturer, VW not World OEM PARTS , determines whether or not a part is defective. Credit for defective parts will be issued on the next business day following the manufacturer’s credit to our account.
• Return requests must be made within 15 business days after parts are received by you, as determined by the shipper’s confirmation of receipt.
• Parts shipped in protective shipping boxes are not eligible for credit unless returned in the original protective shipping container or one offering equivalent protection of the manufacturer’s original packaging.
• Part still shipped without giving VIN are not returnable.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
